How to schedule task

How to schedule task

    Step 1

    Go to Start and select All Programs then choose Accessories and select Schedule Task

A new window will appear as shown below

Step 2

To add a task, double click on Add Scheduled Task.

    In this example we will choose a task that call disk clean up on a daily basis starting at 1.00 pm.

Step 3

Choose Disk Cleanup as the application and click Next to continue.

    Step 4

    Provide a name for this task. We will keep it as Disk clean up and select Daily and click Next to continue

Next user need to provide the exact time for the task to run. We will set it to 1.00 pm everyday.

Step 5

Click Next to continue.

Step 6

Click on Finish when done.
