How to lock and unlock your taskbar
Step 1
To lock your task bar, right click on the taskbar and then choose Lock the Taskbar. This will prevent user from changing the location of your taskbar.
Step 2
To unlock it, right click on the taskbar and then uncheck Lock the Taskbar.
