How to configure a dial up

Step 1

Right click on My Network places and then choose Properties



Step 2

Another window will appear as indicated below: From here click Add a new connection.



Step 3

Another window will appear as shown below, enter your area code and click Ok when done.

Then another window will appear

Step 4

If everything is ok, click OK to continue.

Step 5

Choose Connect to the Internet and click Next to continue.

Step 6

Choose Connect using a dial-up modem and click Next to continues.

Step 7

Enter your ISP phone number and click on Next to continue.

Step 8

Enter your user id and password to continue. We will uncheck the option that allows other users to login to Internet using this account.

Step 9

Click on Next to continues.

Step 10

Click on Finish when done.
